“Clean water is my right.” How Eva Changed Her Village Forever

Amazing things can happen when you raise your voice. 16-year-old Eva Tolage once had to walk 3 hours a day to fetch water for her village in Tanzania, forcing her to miss school. She decided to put her foot down and petition her government to build a well in her town and after rallying a global community of over 150,000 people, Eva succeeded! A 3-hour journey has turned into a 15-minute errand, giving Eva the time she needs to pursue her education.
