Vietnam’s primate populations are declining. Extensive deforestation and poaching have created an urgent need to protect these very unique animals. Some of them can be found nowhere else in the world and on the brink of extinction in the wild. The EPRC is dedicated to their rescue and conservation.

You can’t get closer to extinction, to forcing an animal off the planet, than reducing it to one female left on the landscape. Luckily, we have made great strides in recovering the Mexican gray wolf, but there is more to be done to ease tensions and return these wolves to the Southwestern United States.
